We enjoy cooking and providing the best meal possible. Each lunch and supper always includes a full salad bar and each meal has plenty of choices. We plan menus based on the age and type of group, i.e. children, youth, ladies, men, families, etc. Please contact the main office if you have a special menu or diet request.
Sample Retreat Weekend Menu
Friday Supper – Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad bar, and dessert.
Saturday Breakfast – Eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, diced potatoes, fruit, yogurt, muffins, and cereal.
Saturday Lunch – Ham & cheese pretzel sandwich, sausage, fries, salad bar, and cookies.
Saturday Supper – Fried chicken, mac & cheese, green beans, rolls, salad bar, and dessert.
Sunday Breakfast – Cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, cheesy tots, fruit, yogurt, muffins, and cereal.
